Ishminder Singh, MD

Dr. Ishminder Singh, a dual board-certified family and obesity medicine physician, leads Elite Primary Physicians, Inc. with a deep commitment to patient-focused care. He provides comprehensive medical services to adults aged 18 and older, with specialized expertise in senior care and the management of chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, asthma, and weight management. In addition to physical health, Dr. Singh is experienced in managing mental health conditions including depression, anxiety, PTSD, and OCD.

Dr. Singh is dedicated to building strong, lasting relationships with his patients, employing a holistic approach to ensure overall wellness. His passion for medicine extends beyond his practice as he actively participates in medical mission work, helping underserved communities around the world.

Outside of his professional life, Dr. Singh enjoys taking long walks on the beach, hiking, skiing, and exploring new restaurants. He is also an avid car enthusiast and works on restoring old cars. He is also currently pursuing his private pilot license. One of his personal goals this year is to master the art of cooking, reflecting his love for continuous learning and new experiences.

Dennis Downs, MD

Dr. Dennis Downs has been a dedicated family medicine practitioner in the Anaheim area for over 30 years. With a focus on preventative medicine and health promotion, Dr. Downs is committed to building long-term relationships with his patients and their families, addressing their healthcare needs over time. He delivers patient-centered care with empathy and respect, ensuring that each patient receives personalized attention and support.

Outside of his medical practice, Dr. Downs enjoys golfing, reading science fiction, and working on his physical fitness. He is also a talented singer who has performed in Manila, Philippines, with his band Higher Ground.
