Jacie O., Medical Assistant

Jacie O. is a familiar, reassuring presence at Elite Primary Physicians, helping keep every visit running smoothly for patients across Anaheim and Orange County. Bilingual in English and Spanish, she makes sure Spanish-speaking patients are clearly understood and feel confident in their care.

Known for her warmth and energy, Jacie brings a welcoming touch to the clinic that patients quickly notice. Outside of work, she stays active with Zumba and workouts, and is a proud cat mom to four.

Grace M., Medical Assistant

A long-standing member of the Elite Primary Physicians team, Grace M. brings years of experience caring for patients across Anaheim and Orange County. Fluent in English and Spanish, she helps Spanish-speaking patients communicate clearly and feel confident throughout their care.

Known for her calm, supportive nature, Grace has built lasting trust with patients over the years. Outside the clinic, she enjoys boot camp workouts, traveling, home projects, and time with her children and grandchildren.

Silvia M., Medical Assistant

A foundational member of Elite Primary Physicians since its earliest days, Silvia M. helps run daily clinic operations while keeping the patient experience seamless and welcoming. Fluent in English and Spanish, she supports Spanish-speaking patients through care plans, appointments, and insurance questions with clarity and care.

Known for her compassion and attention to detail, Silvia has helped shape the practice's patient-first culture. Outside the clinic, she enjoys time with her grandchildren and community charity work.
