Dennis Downs, MD Dr. Downs is a primary care physician contracted with Regal Medical Group IPA, seeing patients at Elite Primary Physicians' Anaheim locations. With more than three decades caring for Anaheim-area families, he focuses on preventive medicine and health promotion, building lasting relationships with patients over the course of their care. He speaks with patients in English and Spanish, making him a strong fit for Spanish-speaking Regal patients in the community.
Ishminder Singh, MD Dr. Singh, a dual board-certified physician in family and obesity medicine, leads Elite Primary Physicians and is contracted with Regal Medical Group IPA. He provides care for adults 18 and older with particular expertise in senior care and chronic condition management (diabetes, hypertension, cholesterol, asthma, and weight management), as well as mental health support for conditions like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. Dr. Singh speaks English, Hindi, Punjabi, and Urdu, allowing him to serve Regal patients in their preferred language.
